Right of Withdrawal

Within the scope of Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, you have the right of withdrawal within 14 days without giving any reason in distance sales.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us within 14 days from the delivery date of the product.

The product to be returned must be unused, unopened, its packaging intact and in resalable condition.
For hygiene and health reasons, returns of opened, used or damaged products are not accepted.
The product must be sent to you in the same condition as it was received, along with all its accessories, promotional products and invoice.

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:

Send us your return request via [email address / contact form].
Send the product safely to the return address provided to you, along with the invoice.
Once the product reaches us, we will inspect it. If it meets the return policy, your payment will be refunded within 5–10 business days.

You can request an exchange instead of a return. We will be happy to assist you, depending on stock availability.

This return policy has been prepared in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and relevant regulations.
The terms stated here do not eliminate your legal rights; they are for informational purposes only.
Toroslardan Hidrosol reserves the right to change the return policy provisions without prior notice.
In case of any disputes that may arise during the return process, the laws of the Republic of Türkiye shall apply and Mersin Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction.
