DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

PARTIES
This Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") is established electronically between the buyer ("BUYER") who makes a purchase through the toroslardan.com website and toroslardan.com ("SELLER"), whose details are given below, under the terms and conditions specified below.
DEFINITIONS
In this Agreement;
BUYER: A natural or legal person who acquires, uses, or benefits from a good or service for non-commercial or non-professional purposes,

SELLER: The natural person who owns the toroslardan.com brand,

Platform: The www.toroslardan.com website,

Product/Products: All movable goods offered for sale by toroslardan.com,

Regulation: The Regulation on Distance Contracts,

Law: Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection.

SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law and Regulations regarding the sale and delivery of the products ordered by the BUYER electronically through the Platform.
SUBJECTS ON WHICH THE BUYER IS INFORMED
The BUYER acknowledges that before placing an order, they have read, understood, and electronically confirmed the information on the Platform regarding the SELLER's title, address, contact information, basic characteristics of the products, sales price, payment methods, delivery conditions, right of withdrawal and exceptions to the right of withdrawal, and return processes. BUYER INFORMATION
The name, surname, address, telephone and email information of the BUYER are the information declared by the BUYER during the order process, and this information is taken as the basis.
INVOICE INFORMATION
The invoice is prepared according to the invoice information declared by the BUYER during the order process and is sent physically with the product or as an electronic invoice (e-invoice / e-archive) to the BUYER's email address.
PRODUCT(S) SUBJECT TO THE AGREEMENT
The type, quantity, basic characteristics, sales price (including VAT), payment method and delivery information of the products are as stated in the order form and product pages and are an integral part of this Agreement. DELIVERY
Products will be delivered to the BUYER within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days, which is the legal period. The estimated delivery time is specified on the Platform during the order process.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the product without giving any reason. Details regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal are available on the Platform.
SITUATIONS WHERE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED
In accordance with Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts;
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products that are not suitable for return due to personal use and hygiene,
Products whose packaging has been opened, used, or cannot be resold,
Products that are perishable or whose expiration date may pass.

10. PRODUCT RETURN
Products to be returned must be unused, in their original packaging, complete, and accompanied by the invoice.

11. REFUND
Following receipt of the cancellation notice by the SELLER, the product price will be refunded within the legal period of 14 (fourteen) days using the method used by the BUYER for payment.

12. DISPUTES
In case of disputes arising from this Agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Boards and Consumer Courts in the place of residence of the BUYER or where the transaction was made shall have jurisdiction.

13. EFFECTIVE DATE
This Agreement shall enter into force on the date it is approved electronically by the BUYER and shall become an integral part of the order.
