    DIY Recipes

    1. Gum Problems (Periodontitis)

    Dip a cotton swab in hydrosol, place it between the gum and lip.

    Leave it for 20 minutes, apply twice a day.

    2. Mouth Ulcers (Aphthous Ulcers)

    Rinse your mouth with 1 tablespoon of hydrosol for 1 minute, then spit it out.

    Repeat 5-6 times a day.

    3. Toothache

    Take 1 tablespoon of hydrosol into your mouth.

    Place a cotton compress soaked in hydrosol on the painful area.

    Leave for 20 minutes.

    4. Supporting Hormonal Balance

    • Apply hydrosol to the navel area.

    • Mix 1 teaspoon of hydrosol with 30 ml of water and drink.

    • Repeat twice a day.
